1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India. We are actively working on expanding our delivery network, so please stay tuned for international shipping options in the future.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 4 PM will be processed the next business day.
- During high-volume periods such as sales or festivals, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

4. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: ₹49 for orders below ₹999
- Free Shipping: On orders of ₹999 and above
- Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on orders up to ₹5,000.
- A nominal COD handling fee of ₹30 may be applicable.
- You must be available at the delivery address with the exact cash amount.
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS.
- You can also track your order by logging in to your account and visiting the ‘My Orders’ section.
7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
- If your package is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact our support team at support@newstyle.com.
- If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, non-availability of the recipient, or other customer-related issues, the product may be returned to us. We may attempt one re-shipment depending on the situation.
8. Packaging and Safety
- All products are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.
- We use tamper-proof and eco-friendly packaging wherever possible.
- Please do not accept delivery if the package is visibly damaged or opened. Report such issues immediately to our support team.
9. Multiple Shipments
In some cases, items in your order may be shipped separately if:
- Products are sourced from different warehouses
- One item is delayed or out of stock
- It helps ensure faster delivery of available products
